Yandex wedmaster tools

I’m simply trying to add a website to the russian yandex webmaster tools. Does anyone have experience or knowledge on how I can overcome my problem.

I’ve successfully added it already to google and bing, however when trying to submit it to yandex, I have the following error. “Site unavailable or not responding.” If I then click to try and add it again, “The server returns HTTP incorrect status code 403 for his page (or redirect page) (error code 200 expected).”

I’ve tried to remove any potential conflicting code in my htaccess file, but still having the same error.

Hi I have tried to add my website in Yandex webmaster and its completed successfully.

Mostly when you are trying to submit your website in yandex, they probably facing some server error.
