You really have no idea what topic starter has asked for, right?
Well i think i know what is he asking for? It’s like he want to tell it’s client that what option would be cheapest and best for him, To have his own hosted forum or to get it hosted from someone else, like hiring some services and i just wanna to tell that person i like those three forums, and he can know how they are powered up or hosted and after analyzing that and calculating the amount of expense and the ratio of it’s success rate he can decide.

This person was not looking for forums owned by other persons. He was looking for solution to create a forum.

Thank you Musicbox for the recommendations. I tried phpbb and am currently using mercury board. Although I am happy with mercury board, it may be worthwhile for to check out SMF.
