What should be done to teach the client about their website?

A client contacted me regarding updating their website as I hadn’t showed them how to do it yet. Within 10mins he was already getting impatient and not paying attention. I’m fine if someone isn’t interested or finds it too complicated however I’m shocked when someone can’t concentrate passed 10mins. Mind you, I was showing him how to edit a page in wordpress and upload an image. Needless to say, he ended up deciding that he’ll let me do all the updates… something I hate doing.

[FONT=“Georgia”]I agree it’s not fun, but don’t turn down work when you get it. Most of your repeat work will likely be website updates, and they really help pay the bills.

Hm, you’re right. I’m new to freelancing so I don’t entirely know what’s in store for me.
