Grid column width is uneven in one container

Here is a simple example with inline-blocks at a fixed width. I say “fixed” width, but I use em being a relative unit, so if anyone has a larger default browser font or font zoom, the blocks grow in proportion. http://codepen.io/SamA74/pen/VjdZQy

It gives a neater grid than using floats.
