Sorry to be obtuse, but how do you not know? Have you tried it? If you’ve tried it, you must know if it works. If you haven’t, then you should.
I know it looks as if everyone is being awkward and not explicitly pointing out the problem, but you have to develop some fault-finding skills, or outsource stuff like this.
