There is no such thing as a marquee tag - there never has been.
Read the HTML standards at W3C for what tags actually exist and stop believing sites like w3schools (which was created by two guys who don’t have enough time to keep it anywhere near up to date).
Note that the standards body W3C and the privately owned site w3schools have less in common as ‘expedition’ and ‘explosion’ - since they start with the same two letters and have nothing else in common (where my example shares THREE letters in common making them 150% more closely related).
