Page reload even using scroll

I was wondering if it might not be scroll but a hover in play.

So I tried a “below the fold” and several CSS element:hover width, display, and overflow changes to see if I could trigger a resize event by scrolling or hovering without resizing the browser.

The only way I could trigger a resize event was by actually resizing the browser.
