Wow!, you sure do stay “new” for a long time! 
After at least 5 years I’d have thought you’ve learned something by now.
At least around here there is a shortage of physicians and they have more of a problem with turning away patients, not getting new ones.
So I’m assuming the problem is that the current patients are having trouble finding the website?
Does not a search for something like “physician (doctor’s | practice) name” bring up the site as first in the SERP?
