Recently launched a call center site on WordPress, but it is located on the previously used domain (the site is not new). It can be an obstacle for its development?

If I understand you correctly, you have an existing WordPress site, to which you’ve now added a call centre business. Is that correct?
It may be, if they are different themes. The engines don’t like sending users to changed sites that are getting ranking for keywords no longer used.
Just try to change as many old keyword titles and descriptions as you can, using email.
