How to make this custom validation rule in JQuery?

Hi there I want to make some custom rule in jQuery(I have experience in making custom rule in jquery). Suppose I have 3 checkbox checkbox1,checkbox2,checkbox3,What I want when user has not selected any one of those group values then a custom message will be displayed using JQuery or if this is possible in other third party library?. So far I don’t have any code snipshot to it.If someone share some Idea how this can be acheived then I will try to write code. Thanks
