I am in process of upgrading one of my apps from bootstrap 2 to bootstrap 3 and having a problem trying to get some of the layouts working.

note this image only stays online for 3 days
everything from client group and below is having issues as you can see.
I have tried 20 different ways of doing this, but still the same issue.
Perhaps someone would be so kind as to point out my mistake.
