I think I read somewhere that Comic Sans is one of the better standard fonts for dyslexic readers.
Though from a design point of view, I’m not keen on it, it seems a bit clichéd and cheesy.

That would have me hitting Ctrl + and my eyes are not bad. It’s not that I can’t see it, but a little bigger is more comfortable.
