Email signature

Hey, I need help with uploading email signature, I have created it on photoshop, saved it as for web “HTML”
and now I want to upload it, but am stuggling. How do i do that in a Cpanel

There are several things about your post that is completely confusing.
First, Photoshop is used to create image files. A signature, traditionally, is a bit of text.
Secondly, an email signature is added in the configuration for an email client application. The CPanel is for controlling the server.

Can you be a bit more specific about your intended purpose? Then someone can help you accomplish your goal.

Yes, as @ParkinT says, CPanel really doesn’t have anything to do with email signatures—unless perhaps you are trying to do it through CPanel webmail interface?

hey, This is the signature I have designed. Now I want to add it as a signature for client to use

A signature like that, would probably be better done as html, not an image. Then the phone, email, website and social icons could be active links and have a purpose.
The background, logo and icons would likely be images though. The css support in email clients is a bit behind the times.

Hey,

I have it as an html, I just do not know how to load it. I have html code ready.

So now I am trying to upload it on a roundcube email signature? How would I go on about doing that

I don’t know anything about roundcube but there is a walk through article here that shows most of the process.

To insert actual html it seems you need to allow that in the settings:

In webmail settings at Composing Settings add “always” in dropdown at the Compose HTML messages.

There are similar instructions later down in this article from step 2 onwards.

As I said I have no knowledge of roundcube but generally the process is the same for most email clients that allow html to be inserted.

All images need to be online and linked to with an absolute url and all html needs to be constructed in a way that emails understand.

Thanks for great solution.
