Is anyone creating production web applications on a Mac yet.
Just wondering how safe it is and whether it’s an option yet?
Currently I develop in PHP and Java but always preferred .NET but never wanted to commit to a Microsoft machine

I am using El Capitan now, and I don’t see any problems with creating production web apps on this system. Everythings works fine.
It may just be me, but it seems a little perverse developing for .Net on a Mac…
Are you using Visual Studio code? Have you come across any issues?
I’ve had a quick attempt at building a simple API this morning, and developing .NET on Mac seems to work really well, I’m impressed.
Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. Everything works smooth
I too am seeking the information your asking. I haven’t dabbled with Visual Studio Code but I heard you can develop .NET apps on a Mac with it.
