Confuse Make question random -> reading toefl test

i want to make reading toefl test online. in reading section, there are readings for specific question, like for question 1-4. i have tried, i use random, and then the readings and question will be not same. any idea for this? i make database in one table named reading that contain id, reading, question, option a, option b, option c, option d, answer. please help meee

You need to keep the questions and answers together so that when you select a question and anser at random the answer is the correct one for the question.
