No, you happened to post the css without the code format, but I fixed that for you.
The html was code formatted but it was not the complete page, making debug awkward.
This way to post code to debug doesn’t work, at least not for me, it is too time consuming to find out what you need to do or change in your code. Sorry!
I urge you to instead provide a link to the site you are working on.
Or copy the site/page to a temporary location so it can serve as a working copy we can check out to give you adequate help.
If that’s not possible, please make a complete mini web page that works as a stand alone page that show the issue. Zip it and upload the file in your next post.
