Couple of things regarding RSS

1 - I want to gather various RSS feeds to publish in one place. What is th best way to do so? I've found RSSMix (http://www.rssmix.com/) which seems ok. Are there any other methods/ sites that people would reccomend
2 - I would like to create an RSS feed to certain sections of websites which do not have an RSS shar button. Can I create an RSS link for these?
