I've tried freeconcall. It's really good and giving the better quality but nowadays I am mostly using Skype and it is giving me the best quality.

Personally -- if I need to run a conference call I'd rather pay to have a larger array of global call in numbers and some quality assurance. Last thing you want when running a critical meeting is friction for participants and crappy quality. My personal chose is conferencecalls.com -- but there are a few out there.

We were using FreeConferenceCall but the quality was terrible and in the last few months we kept getting constant busy signals (not enough lines for the traffic?). Eventually we abandoned it and just use Skype for everything now.
