		<description>I like the idea of simply transferring it to a bank account. Since PayPal links to a bank account, you can make payments without having money in your PayPal account and it would draw out of your bank account instead.</description>

I mean right, they are storing it on paypal.. Escrow style. Instead maybe they can hold it in their own bank accounts. And instead of the term holding. The people are really paying for a service, such as using the site.</description>
