Too often we don't think of our websites in this light. It is so important to continually respond to our users in meaningful ways; whether promoting our brand or raising their level of anticipation for what is to come at the conclusion of the progress bar. As long as we are grounded in the best practices of web site design and usability. Recently I had the opportunity to review a pre-release book on the subject and I highly recommend it to those of you looking for a new resource :: click here to open

Sometimes web designers get all caught up in the technical aspects of web design. One of the first things we do with our clients at is force them to take, as I like to say, "the golden perspective". Its basically looking at what a visitor wants presented in a way the visitor expects. Getting over the ego of the client (or web designer for that matter) does sometimes take some convincing. But as an expert isn't it in yours and the clients best interest to develop a website that actually works and creates a long term relationship?
