Thanks for the article, it gives some good tips! But still many of these tips can be interpreted in many ways. Microsoft interprets attention to details differently then Apple for instance. Maybe one principle should be added?

Only once reading through these point do you realise just how simple and straightforward some of them are, and how relatively easy they would be to implement.

On a side note - anyone know if there are similar UX conferences in the UK?</description>

		<description>I think if a website can nail all of these, the need for SEO, PPC, and other forms of marketing is greatly diminished.  If you can REALLY take care of the visitors you've got, the word of mouth will take care of the rest.</description>
