Just on a visual side can you explain the vertical dashed lines I can see the divs and background image but don't understand how you use the background position ?</description>

I might argue that the lists should be &lt;em&gt;ordered&lt;/em&gt; lists, though, since the order of the items affect the meaning of the list as a whole. There's no hair so thin that you can't split it! :)</description>
