I personally doubt that they would delay a major service pack release for an incompatibility with a tool that a very small percentage of Windows users utilize. To me it seemed like a nice reason for PR to give while other issues were sorted out. Maybe I'm just underestimating the market penetration of Microsoft Dynamics.
