		<description>I looked at Photo Shop Express and I found it hard use and the layout was not user friendly, however early days...for now I will stick with Picasa, however will keep and eye on Photo Shop Express..</description>

perhaps you should mention the strange license agreement that Adobe hides in their "general terms": ...you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials or works in any format or medium now known or later developed.

Not hard to understand - Adobe has the right to do nearly everything they want with your images.
