Hopefully with Stefan disclosing more of these advisories it has the desired effect and gets the developers fixing the problems instead of shifting blame. I cant say that my experience with the bug crew was all that different. First response is always to say its the users fault even if you present a logical argument why it really is a bug. God help you if you ask them for an explaination why they consider it your problem instead because you'll never get a straight answer from them either (if you get an answer at all).

Mind you, for all the gripes I have with one of the bug fixers in particular, they do a sterling job sorting through all the rubbish that gets submitted. Cant be easy doing what I'm sure is such a thankless job.
