THE TUTORIAL ON THE STARBURST EFFECT REALLY ROCKS. KEVIN DOES SUCH A GOOD JOB AND IS EASY TO FOLLOW. I COULD TAKE TUTORIALS FROM HIM ALL DAY. WHAT A GREAT EFFECT.
