		<description>&lt;p&gt;I like Eclipse and have been using it for my PHP based projects using the PHPEclipse plugin.  My main problem with Eclipse is that it doesn&#039;t do &#039;word wrap&#039; which stinks for writing HTML based templates.&lt;/p&gt;
