Awesome, now all I need to do is find some money to upgrade to MX '04. Will this be included in Dreamweaver from now on? Or is it a seperate add-on?

I believe it is a separate add-on if Dreamweaver is purchased separately from other members of the MX 2004 stable. Here's the quote from Macromedia

Get your FREE Flash Video Kit (a $99 value) when you buy or upgrade to Studio MX 2004 with Flash Professional and register it online by September 30. After registering online, you will receive an email with a link to your free video kit on or about September 1, 2004.

hmm, well, I don't think I have any need for that, as I don't indulge in doing video stuff in Flash! ;)
