Im a co-founder of the phpGroupWare project and with the way they have things setup here, I think we can have the &lt;a href="http://wiki.phpgroupware.homelinux.org/index.php?page=nextgen"&gt;new phpgroupware code&lt;/a&gt; we are working on, act as a drop in replacement for the groupwise server.&lt;br /&gt;
What I cannot find on their site is a licensing statement. If its open source, that would be very cool.&lt;/p&gt;
