Hi guys, I’ve stumbled across a pretty cool jQuery plugin which you can use to make your page elements really stand out from the crowd! It takes any page element and makes it vibrate. Could be used to animate a mobile phone vibration? Maybe more useful for a washing machine website?!? ;-)



  • rumbleSpeed – Set the speed/frequency in milliseconds of the rumble (lower number = faster)
  • rumbleEvent – Set the event that triggers the rumble (‘hover’, ‘click’, ‘mousedown’, ‘constant’)
  • rangeRot/rumbleRange – Set the rotation range (degrees) and rumble range (pixels)
  • CSS compatability
