About the Role We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to guide our agile development team in delivering software products and platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing agile practices, removing impediments, tracking progress and working cross-functionally to execute on project and product roadmaps. Key Responsibilities Facilitate planning and execution of agile methodologies Mentor agile teams to deliver high quality software following lean-agile principles Collaborate with project managers and sales team to develop product/project roadmaps and release plans Work with technical teams to design solutions, remove barriers, manage risks and oversee coordination of development sprints. Identify and address risks, proactively seeking mitigations. Efficiently manage and process daily BAU tasks Monitor agile processes, manage dependencies and track velocity/productivity metrics Lead daily stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog grooming activities Encourage continuous improvement by tuning the development process Identify and implement visibility measures for tracking team progress Communicate updates, priority shifts and change impacts proactively to stakeholders, including customers/clients Manage project management tools – Jira Software, Jira Service Desk Proactively document projects and processes ensure knowledge and experience is passed throughout the department Ensure all development output achieves desired quality level, QA’ing projects as required Requirements 3 years experience with agile methodologies - Scrum, XP, Kanban etc. Certified Scrum Master a bonus.
