Azure Presales Consultant This role will be primarily working on delivering technical projects and providing presales support to our Sales team. The Sales & Project team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on Azure Services, Office 365, WVD/Windows 365 and Windows Server/Client based technologies. The consultant must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users. Possible 3rd line support escalation may be required; therefore, a strong level of technical support is also required as this is a hands-on role with the requirement to provide both VIP telephone and potentially client-side support. The successful candidate will be confident with an excellent telephone manner. You will have great communication skills both written and verbal, be self-motivated and have the ability to work without supervision. The ideal consultant applicant will have at least 5 years support experience with the following skill sets: Microsoft Operating Systems, Desktop and Server AD synchronisation using AADConnect Azure skills Virtual Machines Security Networking Infrastructure ASR / Migration from On-premise NVA Azure Virtual Desktop Deployment Configuration Performance Tuning Scaling Profile Management Intune, Autopilot & Application Deployment Responsibilities: Communication with clients and team to ensure that customer satisfaction levels are upheld. Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally Hands-on ability to deliver technical projects, if necessary Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly Full drivers license and willingness to travel Project management experience a distinct advantage
