Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Embedded Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Oversee projects through the entire software development life cycle, from initial design to final implementation, ensuring quality and timelines Establish and maintain software development procedures to enhance team effectiveness and product quality. Drive innovation by leading the development of new software products that meet client needs and market demands. Manage the software build process, ensuring that systems and applications are properly developed and deployed.
