The wider teams are dedicated to building intelligent software that solves complex problems and enhances user experiences. We're looking for experienced and ambitious developers with a core interest in AI and data to join us at this key growth phase. There are 2 positions signed off (mid-lead-level), and there will be more depending on the success of the upcoming projects. Key Details: Salary: £50,000-65,000 for mid-level, £70,000-85,000 for seniors and £85,000-110,000 for a lead engineer Location: Remote-based with tech hubs in Leeds, London and Edinburgh Future Outlook: This firm is looking to bolster its teams with the best data/AI talent in the country over the next few months, so you'll have the chance to mentor and learn from fantastic engineers. There will be opportunities to move into architectural, managerial, and more strategic positions in the long term as the company grows in size. Key Responsibilities: AI-Driven Software Development: Design and develop software applications that leverage AI and machine learning models, ensuring they are efficient, maintainable, and scalable. Integration of Machine Learning Models: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production environments. Continuous Deployment and Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the seamless deployment of AI models and software updates. Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver AI solutions that meet business needs. For lead engineers: Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge of AI and software development best practices. Utilise a wide range of tech across various projects, including but not limited to Python, JavaScript (TypeScript, React), SQL, Terraform, Kubernetes, Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kafka Cloud Engineering: AWS, Azure and/or GCP Role overview: The firm is looking to create new product offerings for a wide range of projects within several industries.
