Project Manager (SaaS Projects BFSI ) Location: London , UK Hybrid (2 days a week) Industry: Finance & Banking Required Skills & Experience: • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects in the SaaS and BFS (Banking & Financial Services) sectors. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services industry including familiarity with regulations, financial products, and market trends that influence project outcomes. • Project Management Expertise: Expertise in managing projects using Agile, Waterfal l, and/or Hybrid methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications preferred. • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and project teams. • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of leading diverse teams, motivating them to meet ambitious goals, and driving projects to successful completion. • Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track to meet deadlines and goals. • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess complex situations and implement solutions. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly. • Proactive & Results-Oriented: Demonstrates a high level of initiative, energy, and the drive to deliver on time, overcoming obstacles and managing multiple priorities efficiently. • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with SaaS architectures, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles is a plus. • Tools & Software: Proficient with project management tools such as Jira/Confluence.
