Business Analyst ERP Epicor

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will report to the IT Systems Director , and who’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing the Epicor ERP system to enhance key business processes, including data management, procurement, material requirements planning (MRP), production, inventory, and warehousing, while also providing team training and maintaining process documentation. An overview of your responsibilities: Epicor ERP Expertise: Work autonomously within the Epicor system to enhance core business functions such as Master Data, Procurement, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Production, Inventory Management, and Warehousing Analyze complex problems, discover requirements, and design efficient solutions Training & Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training on Epicor workflows to internal teams Empower users to effectively leverage the system to improve productivity and operational efficiency Work Instruction Creation: Develop and maintain clear, concise work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes Ensure documentation is up to date and serves as a useful resource for teams Prioritization & Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities Adapt to shifting priorities in an Agile environment to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency Agile Methodology: Collaborate with teams in an Agile framework, driving iterative process improvements Support teams by providing clear requirements, user stories, and feedback to enhance Epicor processes Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, department heads, and IT to identify system needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring solutions align with operational goals What you'll need, among other things Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience Hands-on expertise in Epicor, particularly in Master Data, Procurement, MRP, Production, Inventory Management, and Warehousing Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements and improvements Experience in training users on ERP systems and creating detailed work instructions and process documentation Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed Comfortable working in Agile environments and contributing to iterative improvements with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and implement effective strategies with minimal supervision Why choose XNRGY Competitive salary Medical and dental insurance paid 100% by the employer Employee Assistance Program Telemedicine Hybrid work mode flexibility A dynamic team, open to change so that you can bring your own colour Modern office on the South Shore of Montreal Fast-growing dynamic environment where entrepreneurial spirit is recognized Inclusive and diversity-friendly environment Career advancement: XNRGY favours internal promotion Free coffee Free parking and electric charging stations On-site mini gym XNRGY Climate Systems ULC is a company headquartered in St-Hubert and operates in North America.
