Lead Data Scientist Up to £105,000 Salary Bonus London office 1 day per week OVERVIEW A very successful FinTech scale up are hiring for a Lead Data Scientist to spearhead a new Data Science team, leading some of their key Data Science/ Machine Learning projects in the customer analytics & consumer growth space and mentoring junior team members. Your responsibilities as a Lead Data Scientist will include not be limited to: Write production level code and deliver Machine Learning projects end to end. Engage and communicate with business stakeholders and senior team members on some of the core technical projects of the business. Leverage your experience in customer-centric Machine Learning (AB testing, experimentation, statistical modelling). YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE A successful Lead Data Scientist will have the following: Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in Data Science/ Machine Learning Proficient & experienced in customer-centric ML (AB testing, experimentation, statistical modelling). Exposure to writing production level code and deploying your ML models. Experience in leading/ managing a team of Data Scientists.
