Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator Type: Permanent Pay: Up to £50,000 Location: London. 4-8 days per month onsite A leading provider of enterprise data management and analysis software for the commodity and energy sectors is providing the opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-facing role, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders globally to deliver impactful projects. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring successful project execution. Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Organize and lead project meetings, calls, and reviews, facilitating clear communication between cross-functional teams. Collaborate with colleagues across various time zones, ensuring seamless coordination between project stakeholders, both within and outside the project team. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and metrics to internal stakeholders and clients. Proactively drive project execution, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, following formal project management methodologies. Requirements : Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a software or SaaS environment. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, working with both technical and non-technical personnel. Knowledge of the energy markets or cloud technologies is a strong advantage. Formal project management qualifications/certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are required. This is a hybrid role 4-8 days a month into the office with the occasional visits onsite to the clients and will provide a salary up to £50k depending on experience.
