My client are a growing Medical Device company that are on a mission to save 1 million lives by 2030. The team are currently evolving into a technology service provider so looking for a strong software/tech background that can bring an innovative and collaborative approach to assist in driving the team forward. Their customers include leading healthcare and education organizations across the UK, such as NHS trusts, universities, and charitable foundations. The team are looking for someone who can lead a sales team, driving growth across the UK & Ireland. You will develop and execute strategies, work closely with customers, and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-Suite. Someone that is a hands-on leader and can coach your team to sell solutions consultatively and take time to understand their customers and their needs. Also, someone who can leverage data for decision-making and embrace technology to optimise operations. Role Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3 years in Medical/Life Sciences, or Technology industries preferred Health Tech background strongly welcomed 1 years experience leading a successful sales team Positive, driven, and passionate about meaningful work Strong technology skills and analytical mindset Adaptable, collaborative, and a strategic thinker Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Customer-focused with a data-driven approach to decision-making Candidates MUST be open to travelling in this position and being in the field with their reps.
