Lead Developer opportunity with a SaaS startup. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at leadership meetings in London once a week. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and skilled hands-on Full Stack Developer with leadership experience who wants to take the next step in their career. It offers you the opportunity to continue doing the thing you love to do but with the responsibility to manage and run a small dev team and grow it along with the senior management team. About the role : Lead a small team of full-time developers Mentor and ensure the continuous improvement and skill development of your team Lead hands-on development of full-stack cloud production deployments Emphasise an API-first approach to integration and federation, driving seamless interoperability Maintain a strong focus on security, identity, and DevOps practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of systems Implement and manage modern DevOps CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes Promote a collaborative culture, and work closely with the product team Champion an MVP philosophy and ensure rapid iteration Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS/GCP platforms About you : Several years’ track record in full-stack development, with mentoring or leadership experience Previous experience in a startup environment Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar subject Development experience with cloud deployments Tools: Typescript. React, Linux, AWS, and familiar with C# and .Net Expertise in API-first integration and federation Clear ambition to manage a team Maintain security and identity measures Proficient in Jira or GitHub Commitment to lean product/MVP philosophy On offer : £75k - £87k basic salary Remote working with weekly meetings in London Flexible working arrangements 20 days holiday Benefits package
