Our QA engineers are comfortable dealing with high-level specifications, working in small teams, and are involved in the product development process from start to finish. Duties & Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases based on product requirements, design specifications, and user stories. Design, implement and maintain test automation frameworks Write, optimize, and maintain automation scripts and detailed test execution reports Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, and traceability matrices Execute test cases using test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, or similar platforms . Perform comprehensive regression testing Identify, log, and track defects/bugs using issue-tracking systems while collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Work closely with QA Managers, UI/UX designers, software developers, and product owners Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility Optimize test suites for continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless automated testing in development workflows. Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and addressing risks or inefficiencies in the QA process. Continuously research and implement new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software testing. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or its equivalent 5 years of experience in the software QA testing field is a plus Sound knowledge of QA Methodologies and best practices. Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, C#, or other automation-related languages . 2 years hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium frameworks . Proficiency in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD) for test automation integration. Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, including working within Scrum and Kanban frameworks . Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6 . Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while delivering high-quality test solutions. Experience with Test Management Tools such as Zephyr, Polarion or Helix ALM systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills Healthcare industry experience, a plus Physical requirements/Work Environment: Willow has a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy.
