We are now seeking an experienced AI Engineer specialising in Computer Vision to join a high-calibre engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge models, take ownership of end-to-end development, and contribute to the design of intelligent, scalable systems powering real-world innovation. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimise production-level AI models using CNNs , Transformers , and generative techniques (e.g., diffusion models, GANs). Develop and deploy real-time and batch computer vision pipelines to support use cases such as object detection, document analysis, and synthetic data generation. Experiment with, fine-tune, and operationalise open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Stable Diffusion). Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core platform features. Drive innovation by staying abreast of the latest trends in machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI . Ensure responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and scalability in production environments. Optimise models for performance, cost, and deployment efficiency on modern compute infrastructure (GPU/CPU). Ideal Candidate Profile: 3 years of experience in software development and machine learning engineering in a fast-paced, technical environment. Proven experience deploying AI models in production (not just research) across real-world use cases. Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch , TensorFlow , or Keras . Strong expertise in computer vision , generative models , and large-scale ML pipelines . Familiarity with LLMs , diffusion models , fine-tuning, and techniques like LoRA . Experience curating and utilising synthetic data for training and evaluation. Infrastructure knowledge including AWS , Kubernetes , and Terraform/OpenTofu . Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
