Director of ESG Product Management

Wenham Carter is supporting a $600M ARR SaaS Vendor to hire a Director of ESG Product. The company is a global leader in GRC software and acquired an ESG data reporting & carbon accounting platform three years ago. This solution has 150 customers, $5.3M ARR, and is projected to triple in size over the next few years. In the role, you would report to the Global VP of Product and lead a team of Product Managers. You would be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle for their ESG product with capabilities across Scope 1, 2, 3 Greenhouse Gas Emissions calculation & reporting, as well as ESG data management and reporting. The company has 2,500 employees globally with a total of 25,000 customers, which present huge potential for the ESG solution to expand. The company makes exceptional software, and was rated as a Leader in the most recent Forrester GRC Wave. Their vision is to take the ESG product to this level and be known as one one to top vendors in the ESG SaaS space. Experience required: • 3 years leading a Product Management team for an ESG software product • Willing to work from central London office 50% of week
