Interview Specialist(Software Development)

Many of our candidates are talented software engineers who struggle with interviews due to confidence, language barriers, or lack of interview strategy. We’re looking for sharp, articulate, and technically fluent Interview Specialists to represent or coach these candidates in live interviews and stand-ups. This is not a mock interview gig —you’ll join real interviews with real hiring teams, playing a key role in your client’s success.
