Joining as a Data Analyst, you will report directly to the Analytics Manager and work across both internal and external projects. Develop your Data & Analytics skills in a fast-paced environment that fosters development and high standards. Own client performance metrics by designing and building reports, defining KPIs, guiding targets and evaluating experiments. Derive valuable insights from large amounts of complex data, communicate these effectively to inform, influence and support our Paid Search strategy for clients. Foster great relationships with stakeholders from across the company and our clients - including by participating in calls, replying messages and by taking part in presentations and pitches. About you Around 2-3 years of commercial experience in an Analytics or Data Science role with a focus on digital Marketing. Excellent attention to detail and value high standards. Proven working knowledge in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) and working with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets). Proficiency in SQL is essential, experience with dbt or Python is a plus. Enjoying work across a varied range of both in-house and client-focussed projects. Ambitious self-starter with a drive to learn and progress your career.
