As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for a Casino Operations Executive to join their team and help drive their casino strategy forward in both the UK and Ontario markets. The Role As a Casino Operations Executive, you’ll be working closely with the Casino Manager and collaborating with internal teams, such as Customer Support and Marketing, along with external partners, to ensure the smooth execution of the overall casino strategy. Your role will involve monitoring the quality and service of the casino platform, configuring and managing campaigns, and working across multiple tasks to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks within the Casino team. This includes managing the lobby, configuring bonuses, and executing marketing and CRM campaigns. You’ll act as the second line of support for the Customer Support team, helping them with any queries or information they need to resolve customer issues. Coordination with the Design Team and Casino Suppliers will be a key part of your role, ensuring marketing and lobby assets are always up to date and aligned with the brand. Your responsibilities also include reporting on the performance of the casino across different devices, brands, and markets, with the goal of optimising user experience. Monitoring the sites to quickly report and resolve any issues with games will be a crucial part of your daily work, and you’ll also conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure that the company’s offerings are the best in the market. What You’ll Need We’re looking for someone with at least six months of experience working in a digital business, with good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively across different markets. You should be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel, and enjoy working as part of a team. A positive attitude and a passion for learning and self-development are key to succeeding in this role. Bonus Skills If you have knowledge of the Slots, Bingo, Table RNG, and Live Casino landscape, or experience working with interactive games and suppliers, this will be a strong asset to your application.
