Senior Software Engineer

Join our dynamic Automation team at Vitrifi as a Senior Software Engineer . Do you have a passion and interest for technology and a knack for fostering an exceptional workplace? We are on the hunt for a Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in our rapid growth journey. What you’ll do? Successfully deliver Vitrifi’s workflow proposition in order to orchestrate Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems functionality through Go microservices and our workflow engine. Utilise Kubernetes to manage containerised applications and ensure their smooth operation and high availability. Implement monitoring and observability practices using Grafana and other relevant tools to gain deep insights into system health and performance. Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient platform related systems using Go. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes. Research and evaluate emerging developments, technologies and best practice within the development space. Undertake as-hoc projects and other activities as required. What you’ll bring? Kubernetes experience as a developer Strong Go, Git, Cloud and CI/CD experience Experience deploying, orchestrating and automating business-critical services Experience using Kustomize and Helm tools for deployment Proficient in Go software development Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment Be able to adapt to changing priorities – we are growing and evolving Ability to pick up new technologies or ways of working – we like to learn Bring ideas, thoughts and opinions – we are always looking for the next opportunity Interest in improving processes – we like to experiment What are we offering?
