What You'll be Doing Build High-Quality Solutions : Develop efficient, reusable, and scalable software solutions that meet real business needs. Ensure Excellence : Conduct code reviews and uphold high software quality standards within the team. Solve Problems : Transform complex business challenges into elegant software deliverables. You'll have the freedom to be creative and come up with innovative solutions. Be a Team Player : Collaborate closely with your peers, sharing knowledge and driving improvements throughout the development process. What We're Looking For Experience : 5 years of backend and web services development experience in languages such as Ruby, Python, Golang, Rust, or NodeJS Quality-Focused : Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices Technical Skills : Familiarity with REST APIs, web sockets, microservices Cloud Tools : Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (Terraform is considered an asset) Data Tools : Proficient in Postgres or equivalent SQL databases Team-Oriented : A passion for collaboration, learning, and helping your team grow What's in it For You?
