PHP Developer

PHP Developer – Inside IR35 – Fully Remote VIQU have partnered with a global Retail & E-Commerce organisation who are seeking a PHP Developer to support with the development and maintenance of the E-Commerce platform on backend. The role: The successful PHP Developer will be focus on Server-side / API development. This will be a mixture of BAU and some project work, as well as troubleshooting and bug fixes. This will involve code reviews, documentation and troubleshooting / support in addition to writing code. Key skills and experience for the PHP Developer: Experience with PHP development Server and API Development Database experience: MySQL, Oracle Experience working within an Agile framework Desirable skills: Experience with alternative development languages such as C#, Java, Python. Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments Git (Bitbucket) experience Log / monitoring tools, such as Sumo Logic Role details: Job role: PHP Developer Job type: Contract Duration: 6 months’ contract with view to extend Rate: £300 - £385 per day IR35 status: Inside IR35 Location: To note – we are open to seeing more junior candidates for this role, rate will be dependent on experience.
