Service Desk Specialist – Advertising - £200 pd Inside IR35 Our leading advertising client now requires a talented Service Desk Specialist with great customer service skills. This is an opportunity to work with an organisation with an international presence, and to gain experience in their impressive IT department. The Service Desk Specialist will be responsible for managing end-user requests and dealing with service incidents. You will be proving Level 1 and Level 2 support and will include providing hands-on and remote fixes where appropriate. Key Skills: Proven experience in Service Desk support roles Fantastic customer service skills Formal qualifications in IT such as Computer Science degree, CompTIA A ITIL knowledge Experience with desktop operating systems Rate: £200 per day Inside IR35 Duration: 3 months initially Location: Buzzing Central London location (full time on site)
